Added MainView.fxml as the application shell with BorderPane layout
Navbar.fxml is now included once in MainView and persists across all pages
Pages are swapped in/out via MainController.loadPage()
Added NavigationAware interface to decouple navigation from individual controllers
Removed SceneManager
Added active state styling on navbar buttons to indicate current page
Updated color scheme to royal blue (#1e3a8a) across navbar and buttons
Closes #24
